The obsession reflects a broader cultural shift. Social media platforms amplify body-building content, and fitness influencers frequently discuss testosterone optimization as a shortcut to achieving physiques that might otherwise take years of disciplined training. For many young men, the pressure to build muscle quickly has transformed from personal motivation into a source of anxiety and risky decision-making.
